Nambiar District 25 is close to Muthanallur Cross metro station in the upcoming Red Line metro. It is also known as the Hebbal-Sarjapura Line, which is the Phase-3B of Namma Metro. It is planned to become operational around the year 2030.

Nambiar District 25 is developing in the prime surroundings of Muthanallur Cross near Sarjapur Road, East Bangalore. It is a massive township that offers apartments, tech parks, restaurants and malls. The project has direct access to Chandapura-Dommasandra Road, which connects with SH 35. It is also connected seamlessly with NH 44, NH 4, Varthur Main Road, Huskur Road, and Hosur Road.

The major metro stations in Red line metro is close to the project and is accessible via Ambalipura- Sarjapur Road. The metro connectivity provides easy traveling options to prime employment hubs and connects the Blue Line, Purple Line, and the upcoming Pink Line. It is 37 km long and has both underground and elevated stations.

This proposed metro line is expected to ease travel for public commuting to and from tech zones. The line has an elevated corridor near the IT corridor in Sarjapur, transitioning underground at Koramangala, passing through the Central Business District through tunnels, and emerging on Bellary Road with elevated stations at Ganganagar and Hebbal. The line is planned to have 28 stations.
